Nouvelles Deck Breakdown

WIND 1

If a card(s) is added from the Main Deck to your opponent's hand, except during the Draw Phase (Quick Effect): You can send this card from your hand to the GY; for the rest of this turn, cards cannot be added from either player's Main Deck to the hand.

LIGHT 3

[ Pendulum Effect ] During your Main Phase, if this card was activated this turn: You can add 1 non-Pendulum "Nouvelles" card from your Deck to your hand. If a monster(s) is Special Summoned to your opponent's field (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card. You can only use each effect of "Chef de Nouvelles" once per turn. [ Monster Effect ] If this card on the field is Tributed and added to the Extra Deck face-up: You can place this card in your Pendulum Zone. You cannot activate the following effects of "Chef de Nouvelles" in the same Chain. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 Effect Monster on the field; increase its Level by up to 3. Once per turn, if your opponent Special Summons a monster(s) (except during the Damage Step): You can banish 1 "Recipe" Ritual Spell from your hand, Deck, or GY; apply that card's activation effect that Ritual Summons a monster.

You can only use this effect of "Poissonniere de Nouvelles" once per turn. (This card is always treated as "Hungry Burger".) You can Ritual Summon this card with a "Recipe" card. Monsters your opponent controls that can attack must attack this card. You can only use each of the following effects of "Angry Burger" once per turn. You can reveal this card in your hand; add 1 "Nouvelles" monster from your Deck to your hand, and if you do, shuffle this card into the Deck. (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 Attack Position monster on either field, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Hungry Burger" with 2000 ATK from your hand or Deck.

You can Ritual Summon this card with a "Recipe" card. If this card is Special Summoned: You can negate the effects of all face-up cards your opponent currently controls (until the end of this turn), then, if this card was Special Summoned by the effect of a "Nouvelles" monster, you can Tribute as many monsters your opponent controls as possible. You can target 1 Attack Position monster your opponent controls; Tribute it, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Level 6 "Nouvelles" Ritual Monster from your hand or Deck. This is a Quick Effect if this card was Special Summoned by the effect of a "Nouvelles" monster. You can only use each effect of "Balameuniere de Nouvelles" once per turn.

When a card or effect is activated that targets a monster on the field, or when a monster is targeted for an attack (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 "Nouvelles" monster you control and 1 Attack Position monster on either field, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Level 5 or 6 "Nouvelles" Ritual Monster from your hand or Deck. You can only use each effect of "Foie Glasya de Nouvelles" once per turn.

You can Ritual Summon this card with a "Recipe" card. If this card is Special Summoned: You can draw 1 card. When a card or effect is activated that targets a monster on the field, or when a monster is targeted for an attack (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 "Nouvelles" monster you control and 1 Attack Position monster on either field, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Level 4 or 5 "Nouvelles" Ritual Monster from your hand or Deck. You can only use each effect of "Poeltis de Nouvelles" once per turn.

This monster can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Hamburger Recipe". You must also Tribute monsters whose total Level Stars equal 6 or more from the field or your hand.

If this card is Tributed: You can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Fairy monster from your hand or Deck, except "Diviner of the Herald". You can only use each effect of "Diviner of the Herald" once per turn.

Choose 1 "Nouvelles" Pendulum Monster and 1 "Patissciel" Pendulum Monster from your hand, Deck, and/or Extra Deck, and Special Summon both monsters, 1 to each field, also this turn, you cannot use monsters as material for a Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, or Link Summon, except "Nouvelles" and "Patissciel" monsters. During your Main Phase: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; it gains 200 ATK for each "Recipe" card in the GYs. You can only use each effect of "Concours de Cuisine (Culinary Confrontation)" once per turn.

While you control a "Nouvelles" Monster Card, all face-up monsters your opponent controls are changed to Attack Position. Each time a monster(s) is Tributed by a Ritual Monster's effect, your opponent pays 850 LP. Once per turn, if you Special Summon a Ritual Monster(s) (except during the Damage Step): You can target 1 of them; add 1 "Recipe" or "Nouvelles" card from your Deck to your hand, except a Continuous Spell, and if you do, increase that monster's Level by 1. You can only activate 1 "Nouvelles Recipe Book "Recettes de Nouvellez"" per turn.

Spell Field

When this card is activated: You can add 1 "Recipe" card from your Deck or GY to your hand. Once per turn: You can place 1 Ritual Monster from your hand on the bottom of the Deck; draw 1 card. Once per turn, during your End Phase: You can target 2 cards in your GY, including a "Recipe" card; place them on the bottom of your Deck in any order, then draw 1 card. You can only activate 1 "Nouvelles Restaurant "At Table"" per turn.

Spell Normal

Add 1 Ritual Spell from your Deck to your hand, and add 1 Ritual Monster from your Deck or GY to your hand whose name is listed on that Ritual Spell. You can only activate 1 "Pre-Preparation of Rites" per turn.

Spell Normal

This card can be used to Ritual Summon any "Nouvelles" Ritual Monster. You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal or exceed the Level of the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon. Then, if you Ritual Summoned "Buerillabaisse de Nouvelles", you can apply the following effect. ● Add 1 "Recipe" Ritual Spell from your Deck or GY to your hand, except "Recette de Poisson (Fish Recipe)".

This card can be used to Ritual Summon any "Nouvelles" Ritual Monster. You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal or exceed the Level of the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon. Then, if you Ritual Summoned "Confiras de Nouvelles", you can apply the following effect. ● Change all Defense Position monsters your opponent currently controls to Attack Position.

Spell Normal

Reveal 2 "Nouvelles" monsters with different names from your Deck, your opponent chooses 1 for you to add to your hand, and you shuffle the other into your Deck, then you can add 1 of these cards from your Deck or GY to your hand based on the Monster Type added to your hand by this effect. ● Beast-Warrior: "Recette de Poisson (Fish Recipe)" ● Warrior: "Recette de Viande (Meat Recipe)" You can only activate 1 "Voici la Carte (Today's Menu)" per turn.

Trap Counter

When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated while you control a "Nouvelles" Ritual Monster: Negate the activation, then you can destroy that card if you control a monster that was Special Summoned by the effect of a "Nouvelles" monster. If you Special Summon "Hungry Burger": You can banish this card from your GY; Tribute as many monsters your opponent controls as possible. You can only use each effect of "Chef's Special Recipe" once per turn.

LIGHT 4

1 Synchro Monster + 1 Xyz Monster Must be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by sending the above cards you control to the GY. (You do not use "Polymerization".) Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 monster from your hand. If this card is sent to the GY: You can target 1 card on the field; destroy it. You can only Special Summon "Elder Entity N'tss(s)" once per turn.

EARTH

2 monsters, including a Ritual Monster If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 card on the field and 1 Ritual Monster in your GY; shuffle both into the Deck. During your opponent's turn (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card, then target 1 Ritual Monster in your GY; either add it to your hand or Special Summon it. You can only use each effect of "Dyna Mondo" once per turn.

DARK

2 Effect Monsters If this card is Link Summoned using a Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, or Link Monster as material: You can target 1 card on the field or in either GY; banish it, also your monsters cannot attack directly this turn. When your opponent activates a card or effect (Quick Effect): You can target 2 face-up monsters on the field, including a monster you control; banish both until the End Phase. You can only use each effect of "S:P Little Knight" once per turn.

LIGHT

4+ Effect Monsters You can also use 1 monster your opponent controls as material to Link Summon this card. If this card is Link Summoned: You can negate the effects of all face-up monsters your opponent currently controls. This Link Summoned card is unaffected by your opponent's activated effects, unless they target this card. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a card or effect that Special Summons a monster(s) from the GY (Quick Effect): You can negate the activation.

DARK 51

[ Pendulum Effect ] If you have no card in your other Pendulum Zone: You can place 1 face-up Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck in your Pendulum Zone. You can only use this effect of "Patissciel Couverture" once per turn. [ Monster Effect ] 2 Pendulum Monsters If this card in the Monster Zone is destroyed: You can place this card in your Pendulum Zone.

LIGHT 4

1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters Any monster sent from the hand or Main Deck to the GY is banished instead. When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. If this card is sent to the GY: You can add 1 Ritual Monster or 1 Ritual Spell from your Deck to your hand.

DARK

2 Level 12 monsters During the turn, or turn after, your opponent Special Summoned 2 or more monsters from the Extra Deck, you can also Xyz Summon this card by using 1 monster you control with the highest ATK (your choice, if tied). (Transfer its materials to this card.) If you do, you cannot Normal or Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn. While this Xyz Summoned monster is on the field, neither player can activate the effects of monsters with 3000 or more ATK. Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card; return 1 monster from the field to the hand.
