Utopia Deck Breakdown

LIGHT 4

If an Xyz Monster(s) is on the field: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can send 1 other card from your hand or field to the GY; add 1 "Xyz", "Onomat", "Zexal", or "Number" Spell/Trap, from your Deck to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Astraltopia" once per turn.

WIND 8

You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) to your opponent's side of the field in Attack Position, by Tributing 1 monster they control. If your opponent controls a "Kaiju" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand) in Attack Position. You can only control 1 "Kaiju" monster. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can remove 3 Kaiju Counters from anywhere on the field; the ATK and DEF of all other monsters on the field become halved.

FIRE 8

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) to your opponent's field by Tributing 2 monsters they control. You cannot Normal Summon/Set the turn you Special Summon this card. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: Take 1000 damage.

LIGHT 11

During the Main Phase, if your opponent Normal or Special Summoned 5 or more monsters this turn (Quick Effect): You can Tribute as many face-up monsters on the field as possible, and if you do, Special Summon this card from your hand, then Special Summon 1 "Primal Being Token" (Rock/LIGHT/Level 11/ATK ?/DEF ?) to your opponent's field. (This Token's ATK/DEF become the combined original ATK/DEF of the Tributed monsters.) You can only use this effect of "Nibiru, the Primal Being" once per turn.

DARK 7

You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) to your opponent's side of the field in Attack Position, by Tributing 1 monster they control. If your opponent controls a "Kaiju" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand) in Attack Position. You can only control 1 "Kaiju" monster. Once per turn: You can remove 2 Kaiju Counters from anywhere on the field; Special Summon 1 "Radian Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 7/ATK 2800/DEF 0), but it cannot be used as a Synchro Material.

LIGHT 4

If the only monster you control is 1 Level 4 monster not named "ZS - Armed Sage", you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). A "Utopia" Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card on the field as material gains this effect. ● If this card is Xyz Summoned: You can add 1 "ZW -" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "ZS - Armed Sage" once per turn.

If you control no cards, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). A "Utopia" Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card on the field as material gains this effect. ● If this card is Xyz Summoned: You can add 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" Normal Spell from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "ZS - Ascended Sage" once per turn.

LIGHT 1

If you control a "Utopia" monster: You can draw 1 card. If a monster(s) you control is banished during the Battle Phase (except during the Damage Step): You can banish this card from the field, then target 1 of those banished monsters; Special Summon that target, and if you do, banish 1 monster your opponent controls that has 3000 or less ATK. You can only use 1 "ZS - Vanish Sage" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

FIRE 4

You can target 1 "Utopia" monster you control; equip this monster from your hand or your side of the field to that target. It gains 1000 ATK. While this card is equipped to a monster, that monster can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. You can only control 1 "ZW - Asura Strike".

WIND 5

If your opponent's Life Points are at least 2000 higher than yours, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can target 1 "Utopia" monster you control; equip this monster on the field to that target. It gains 2000 ATK. Once per turn, while this card is equipped to a monster, when a Trap Card or Trap effect that was activated on your opponent's side of the field resolves, negate the effects of that card. You can only control 1 "ZW - Eagle Claw".

LIGHT 5

You can target 1 "Utopia" monster you control; equip this monster from your hand or your side of the field to that target. It gains 1200 ATK. While this card is equipped to a monster, face-up "ZW -" cards you control cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. If a monster equipped with this card would be destroyed by a card effect, destroy this card instead. You can only control 1 face-up "ZW - Lightning Blade".

LIGHT 5

You can only control 1 "ZW - Pegasus Twin Saber". If your opponent's LP are at least 2000 higher than yours, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can target 1 "Utopia" monster you control; equip this card you control to it as an Equip Spell that gives it 1000 ATK. Once per turn, while this card is equipped to a monster, you can negate a monster effect activated on your opponent's field.

LIGHT 4

You can target 1 "Utopia" monster you control; equip this monster from your hand or your side of the field to that target. It gains 1000 ATK. When this card you control is sent to your Graveyard because the equipped monster was destroyed by your opponent's card (by battle or card effect): You can target 1 "Utopia" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. You can only control 1 "ZW - Sleipnir Mail".

WIND 5

You can target 1 "Utopia" monster you control; equip this monster from your hand or your side of the field to that target. It gains 1300 ATK. While this card is equipped to a monster, your opponent cannot target that monster with card effects. If a monster equipped with this card would be destroyed by battle, destroy this card instead. You can only control 1 face-up "ZW - Tornado Bringer".

LIGHT 4

You can target 1 "Number C39: Utopia Ray" you control; equip this card from your hand to that target. It gains 1900 ATK. If the equipped monster battles an opponent's monster, the opponent's monster's effect is negated during the Battle Phase only. You can only control 1 "ZW - Unicorn Spear".

WATER

2 Level 4 monsters While this card has a material attached that was originally WATER, all WATER monsters you control gain 500 ATK. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; your opponent cannot activate any card effects in their GY this turn.

DARK

2 Level 4 monsters During either player's turn, when another card or effect is activated that targets exactly 1 card on the field (and no other cards): You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target another card on the field that would be an appropriate target for that card/effect; that card/effect now targets the new target.

LIGHT

2 Level 4 monsters (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; add 1 "Double or Nothing!" from your Deck to your hand, then Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Utopia" Xyz Monster, except "Number 39: Utopia Double", by using this face-up card you control as material, and if you do, its ATK becomes doubled, but it cannot attack directly. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer its materials to the Summoned monster.) You can only use this effect of "Number 39: Utopia Double" once per turn.

LIGHT

3 Level 5 monsters If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell/Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. If this card has a "Utopia" monster as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect. ● When this card declares an attack on a face-up monster your opponent controls: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate that opponent's face-up monster's effects, also this card gains ATK equal to that opponent's monster's ATK. These changes last until the end of this turn.

WIND

2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 Spell/Trap on the field; destroy it.

LIGHT

3 Level 5 monsters (This card is always treated as "Number C39: Utopia Ray".) Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card; equip 1 "ZW -" monster from your Deck or Extra Deck to this card as if it were equipped by that monster's effect. This effect's activation and effect cannot be negated. Once per turn, while this card is equipped with a "ZW -" Monster Card (Quick Effect): You can target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls; negate its effects, and if you do, halve its ATK.

LIGHT

2 Level 5 monsters This card cannot attack your opponent directly. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; add 1 "ZW -" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can target 1 "Utopia" monster you control; equip this monster on the field to that target. It gains 3000 ATK. During your Battle Phase, if a monster attacked this turn while equipped with this card: You can send this Equip Card to the Graveyard; the monster that was equipped with this card can make a second attack, on an opponent's monster, during this Battle Phase.

Spell Quick

When a monster's attack is negated: Target that monster; it can make a second attack during this Battle Phase, and if it does, its ATK is doubled during the Damage Step only.

Spell Normal

Target 1 monster your opponent controls; until the End Phase, take control of that target, but it cannot declare an attack or be Tributed.

Spell Normal

Target 1 face-up Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Number C" or "CXyz" monster with the same Type as that monster you control but 1 Rank higher, by using it as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.) Then, if possible, detach 1 Xyz Material from a monster your opponent controls and attach it to the Summoned monster as an Xyz Material.

Spell Normal

Target 1 Rank 4 Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Number C" monster that is 1 Rank higher than that monster you control, by using it as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to that target also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.)

Spell Continuous

During the turn they are Special Summoned, Xyz Monsters you control cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects, also your opponent cannot target them with card effects. You can target 1 face-up Xyz Monster you control; it gains 300 ATK for each material currently attached to it, until the end of this turn, and if it does, and also has a material that is owned by your opponent, it can attack directly this turn (even if this card leaves the field). You can only use this effect of "Time Thief Hack" once per turn.

Spell Quick

Target 1 Xyz Monster you control and 1 monster your opponent controls with ATK less than or equal to it; attach that opponent's monster to your monster as material. You can only activate 1 "Xyz Import" per turn.

Trap Counter

When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated, while you control a "Number" Xyz Monster: Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. If a "Number" Xyz Monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or card effect, while this card is in your GY: You can Set this card, but banish it when it leaves the field. You can only use 1 "Numbers Protection" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Trap Counter

When your opponent activates a monster effect: Detach 1 Xyz Material from a monster you control; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that monster.
